Peanut Butter Blast Protein Smoothie
This smoothie is both delicious and energizing! It has the perfect blend of mono-fats, protein and carbs that always gets me ready to dominate the competition on court all morning long.
Ingredients: (one serving)
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 tsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp of olive oil
• ½ scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
• 1 tbsp Peanut Butter (this can be almond or cashew butter)
• 3 ice cubes
• 1.5 cups of almond milk
Blend until smooth… Sip in the deliciousness!
